DRILLING TECHNOLOGY

We as Drilling Hungary are able to carry out cased Kelly wells and SOB wells up to a diameter of 90 cm and a depth of 20 m.

Tangential Drop walls: the piles touch each other.

Detached pile walls: Smaller gaps between the piles are bridged by force-effective lining.

Overcut pile walls: The center distance of the pile walls is smaller than the pile diameter. When piles are made, a hole of the appropriate diameter is drilled in the ground. A steel pipe is inserted at the same time as the drilling process. A reinforcement cage is lifted in and filled with concrete while pulling the steel pipe at the same time.

DIAPHRAGM WALL

A diaphragm wall is a protective wall made of in-situ concrete, which is produced in sections in a floor slot that is secured against collapse by a supporting liquid. The diaphragm wall is used to secure excavation pits or for deep foundations.

KELLY DRILLING

The bored pile method in which the torque and the feed force are transmitted to the tool via a telescopic Kelly bar. Support of the borehole wall with excess liquid pressure or drill pipes. Installation of the drill pipes with the rotary gear or with attached casing machines.
